When you purchase an item from another site, enter the address below to receive the item.

Create a new account to use Kgoods.

Please fill out the NewRequest

Sign in to Kgoods and fill out a request for the purchased item first. The key information you need to enter when creating the request is as follows.

- Tracking Number

- Carrier Company

- Product Name

- Product URL

Please check if the item has arrived

Please check the arrival of the Request item you wrote When the request item arrives at our company, a picture will be attached.

Add the Request item to Cart

Select a service such as shipping, Repacking, and solidate for the Request item that arrived, and then add the item to Cart.

- Shipping: Re-delivering the product as it arrived

- Repackaging: repackaging a single item

- Consolidate: repackaging multiple items into one

Check the price on Cart list

We offer prices for the service you choose, depending on the volume and weight of the item and the country you want to receive it from. After checking the price, check out for payment.

Check out the delivery progress on the Checkout list

You can check the progress of the checked out item in the following steps.

- We upload the photos of the packaged items before delivery for the checked out items

- You can check the invoice number with the delivery company
